I am a Nutritionist, holding a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Nutrition from Brooklyn Collegeand a Masters degree in Public Health from SUNY University at Albany. I specialize in maternal, infant and child nutrition. I've worked with countless families over the years through my work as nutritionist for the Women, Infants and Children's program at Staten Island University Hospital.  I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with extensive training and experience in breastfeeding counseling and support. I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. Above all I'm a mother, I wear many hats but being a mom is my favorite one. When I look back on my birth story I would have liked to have the support that I now know is available and that all women deserve. I want all women to know that love and support is out there and my mission is to get that message out.
